Products & Quality
Are your products chemical-free and natural?
Yes. All our products are processed without bleaching agents, deodorisers, or preservatives. Our virgin coconut oil is cold-extracted from fresh coconut milk, and our cold-pressed oil is made using the traditional wood-churned (Chekku/Ghani) method.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. A batch-specific COA is provided with every shipment. It covers moisture content, FFA, microbial count, aflatoxin levels, and other relevant parameters depending on the product.
Are you FSSAI certified?
Yes. TEJASV ORIGINS holds a valid FSSAI license covering all products we supply.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We encourage sample requests before committing to bulk. Contact us at tejasv.origins@gmail.com with the subject line “Sample Request – [Product Name]” and we will arrange it.
Ordering & MOQs
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by product — starting from 50 litres for coconut oils, 50 kg for coconut sugar, and 100 kg for desiccated coconut powder. Lower MOQs are available for trial orders. See our Wholesale & Export page for the full MOQ table.
Do you offer volume-based pricing?
Yes. We have three pricing tiers — trial/small batch, regular wholesale, and large volume/container load. Pricing is ex-factory India. FOB and CIF pricing is available for export orders.
Can I order multiple products in one shipment?
Yes. We can consolidate multiple products into a single shipment. Mention your full requirements when you contact us and we will provide a combined quote.
Do you offer private label or white label packaging?
Yes. Custom labels, logos, and packaging design are available on request. Minimum quantities apply for private label orders. WhatsApp us at +91 96639 93797 to discuss.
Shipping & Export
Which countries do you export to?
We currently export to UAE, USA, UK, EU, Australia, and Southeast Asia. If your country is not listed, contact us — we will advise on feasibility and documentation requirements.
What export documents do you provide?
We provide Certificate of Origin (COO), Certificate of Analysis (COA), Phytosanitary Certificate, Bill of Lading, Packing List, and Commercial Invoice. FSSAI certification is available on request.
What are your lead times?
Standard orders: 7–14 business days. Large or custom orders: 21–30 business days. Fresh coconut orders are dispatched within 48 hours of harvest.
Which ports do you ship from?
Chennai, Cochin, and Mumbai — the nearest port is selected based on your order and destination.
Returns & Payments
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. See our full Return & Refund Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and net banking for domestic orders. For international orders, wire transfer (TT) and LC (Letter of Credit) are available — contact us to discuss terms.
