Domestic Orders (India)
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. For bulk or custom orders, processing may take 3–5 business days.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery within India takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Partners: We ship via reputed courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC. A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value — check the cart for applicable offers.
International & Export Orders
Lead Time: Standard export orders: 7–14 business days. Large volume or custom orders: 21–30 business days from order confirmation.
Ports of Shipment: Chennai • Cochin • Mumbai — nearest port selected based on order size and destination.
Incoterms: We offer Ex-Works (EXW) and FOB pricing as standard. CIF pricing is available on request for select destinations.
Container Options: FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) available. We coordinate with freight forwarders on your behalf if required.
Countries Served: UAE, USA, UK, EU, Australia, Southeast Asia, and more. Contact us if your country is not listed — we will advise on feasibility.
Export Documentation
All export shipments are supported with full documentation: Certificate of Analysis (COA), Certificate of Origin (COO), Phytosanitary Certificate, Bill of Lading, Packing List, and Commercial Invoice. FSSAI certification is available on request.
Fresh Coconut Orders
Semi-husked fresh coconuts are dispatched within 48 hours of harvest to ensure maximum freshness. Cold chain handling is maintained during transit. Shelf life after delivery is 15–30 days under proper storage conditions.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
